Emily

I've been meaning to write about Emily for some time now.
Emily Yeskoo turned 13 yrs old last Saturday.
She loves the colour purple and eating chocolate and watching "That's so Raven" on TV.
Emily has a 14 year old brother Chris, and an 8 year old sister, Madeline. I have the privilige of babysitting them every Thursday night, and it's one of my favourite times of the week.
Emily is suffering from a rare terminal illness known as MLD. She is now confined to a chair, and sits in it like a princess on a throne. Her laugh lights up the room, so it's fun to be funny around her! Her family is absolutely incredible. I am so thankful that they have been brought into my life this year.

Last night they rushed Emily to Sick-Kids hospital because her feeding tube had come out. I stayed with the other siblings. She is doing Ok today, but the severity and unpredictability of her condition prompted me to write about her on this blog, so that you can pray for her, and for her family.
