Hiding
I feel like recently I've spent a lot of time hiding, either behind my sunglasses, or by acting fine, because I don't want anyone to see inside. When I hide like this I feel untouchable and safe, yet also extremely dangerous.
Crap..I just somewhat gave myself away- In a very vague sense. Maybe that's a good thing though.

I do the same thing...but I hide under an hour and a half of make-up and hair. Why do we do the things we do? Well, I figure that it's our way of putting on that perfect fascade and thinking that we're just fooling the whole world. But aren't we just fooling ourselves, too? Best remedy: strip your emotional self in front of God...afterall, He's unfoolable!

I dunno, I think hiding is good... in provides the opportunity to slide out of your self, out of the hubbub and pandemonium of the life that surrounds you and defines you. It allows momentary escape from our automatic reponses to make objective evaluations about our present, future belief, place in Gods plan.. etc
Sorry this is a little long winded- but I love my moments of 'hiding'! However.. I imagine it would be dangerous to get lost in one! solution: sorround yourself in buddies (or cyber buddies for that matter) to keep you grounded.

Are those your glasses???? Are we going to see you styling those round The Cape this summer??????? Just to say I know hiding well, very well, is it a good thing, I don't know it's definitly a coping mechanism though but I soon realise I am missing out on life where I am.
